We offer same day visits for acute illness. Please call as early in the day as possible. If you are unsure if you need to come in, we have a triage nurse available to answer your questions. If you have an emergency, please tell the receptionist right away so that we can assist you.

Routine visits are scheduled in advance. It is advised that all physicals for annual exams, school and sports be scheduled several months ahead of time as these appointments fill up quickly.

In an effort to respect our patient’s time we try very hard to stay on time. Because of this we ask that you come to your appointment on time. If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, it is likely that we will have to reschedule your appointment.

A lot of time is invested in preparing for your visit and your provider sets aside time just to see you. We ask that if you are unable to come to your scheduled appointment that you call us 24 hours ahead to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The charge for a no-show appointment is $50.00.

Frequent no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.
